Something tells me we'll need more than a rubber chicken.
Well, the news, such as it is, is that they did find cancerous cells. We'll know more on Monday, after she meets with the team, and schedules an MRI. She's more angry than anything right now - which is probably exactly what she needs to be.
As for me? I'm numb, and plodding ahead with positive thoughts and hopefully, helpful actions. I don't know what else I can do. Maybe a rubber chicken WOULD help.
Monday. We'll know more on Monday.

Oh, no. I'm so sorry. :( It's treatable and beatable, so focus on that, for now. Hugs all around.

I'm a survivor. I was 34 when I was diagnosed. And yes, being mad is good! If she or you have questions that you think I may be able to help with, email me. Seriously. I will be sending positive thoughts your way.

I really appreciate it, Michele - I am sure there is going to be a pretty steep learning curve, but then again, when are most things in life easy, right? Thanks for the positive thoughts!

the rubber chicken is indeed a good idea, especially since it will make you both laugh. Being mad gets you focused and a little laughter keeps you strong.
My best to you both
