Spontaneous Exercise Challenge!

Okay!  Ready?  Stand up.  Lift your right knee up and touch it with your left elbow (or get close, you know.)  Put your leg down and stand up straight again.  Lift your left knee up and touch it with your right elbow.  Repeat 25 times on each side - 50 total.  Go go go!

Our kids are spending lots of time biking now the good weather is finally here, and now that all 3 have their training wheels off. So we're zooming around the bike paths this week - hooray!

Love the exercise challenges. I have an idea. What if we all contribute to these challenges. You know, submit them via email? Plus, I think we should all be contributing to the running of this little contest, to take the weight off you. (hee hee...no pun intended.) Maybe those of us with blogs could pick up the slack a bit?
