Another Pound Bites the Dust

I weighed in at 167 this morning.  The scale is moving!  It is moving down!

How did everyone do last week?  Get me your weight via email if you haven't done so already.  I'm going to tally up and see where we are, contest-wise.

Okay, so let's talk exercise challenges for a minute.  I've been sort of 'off' this last week, with killer allergies.  I'm feeling better now, and I'm looking ahead two weekends to a local charity 3K.  I'm thinking I should at least do the walk, or maybe a walk-jog.

So, here's your challenge.  Find a local walk or run and sign yourself up.  Then get training.  If I can do it, YOU can do it.

I'm going to post more this afternoon, including revised thoughts on my diet or lack thereof.

Well done on the weight loss Jenny!

Nothing lost, nothing gained.

I did 3 straight hours of dancing with heavy sweat on Sat. night though. Was hoping that would pay off, but not so much.

Just bought a bunch of yummy South Beach lunches and stuff like that.

Great great blog - and inspiring!
I'm also trying to lose weight - and have lately started to blog about it. Can't wait to read more of your blog. It's great!
PS I'm at almost exactly the same point as you weight wise!

Well, I am REALLY behind reading these but I wanted to let you know that I did it. There is a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society half marathon run/walk here in VaBeach, VA in Sept. I've signed up to participate. Now I need help getting ready!!!

Hey! you go, Jen! Hey, is it too late to sign up for the 3K or the 5K? Which one is it?
